Hi all. I have a braille lite m20. My question is simple. I am having trouble figuring out how to connect the cable to the serial port of the Braille Lite. I can never make it go in correctly. Any tips?

Be very careful though! Do, not, try to force it tooo much, or you'll fuck up the pins and then you'll have to pay for a new one.

What, you mean the braille lite has pins? I thought the pins were only on the cable itself. Or are you saying don't force the cable or i might break the cable? Not certain.

He means the pins in the cable. And I think a replacement is around $25. What a rip off, u know? I think they did that on purpose, but what do I know?

Another questions on braile lites. When i try and trans ferr a file from my braile lite to a disk my braile lite is saying no disk in drive when there is one in the drive. Ive tried using the college disk drive and it worked properly. So its the disk drive. But what i wanteed to know was would it be best to send my disk drive of to be repared or shall i just get a new one?

hmm, try with the computer. As for you Blake, the cables usually have a mark on the hard round part. This mark needs but be pointing up. Otherwise there must be a semi-circle formed by the pins in the cable pointing down...
